Audit

Check configuration of the slab matches the approved plans?

Check for correct orientation.

Damp proofing material is a high impact grade polyethylene film and is branded as such?

Damp proofing film lapped 200mm and is it tape sealed?

Penetrations to the damp proofing material sleeved and sealed?

Are beams within the slab the correct size?

Are beams bedded into solid natural ground or controlled fill as designed by the engineer?

Is correct reinforcing material being used?

Is correct coverage of reinforcement maintained?

Re-entrant reinforcement placed at all inward facing corners.

Are edge rebates a minimum of 20mm in depth?

Check exterior masonry will not over hang in excess of 15mm.

If the edge exceeds 150mm in depth, is the minimum width of the edge beam at the base of the rebate more than 200mm?
