  • Joint box cover replaced using the reversed method for removal? Joint box lid flush and no additional hazards created?

  • Capping covering OR duct at property removed and replaced causing no damage or defects while installing BFT?

  • BFT feeding Wall box cleated to the wall? covered by 'Dolly boot' and capping to Wall box? (If required - On pathway, public access) 300mm away from OR external box?

  • Wall box installed and secured 300mm above ground level as per installation specification?

  • Fibre blown to required safety and quality standards? - Cleaned, dart tested, correct pressure

  • ONT fitted and secured to the wall? SC adaptor fitted / connected correctly?

  • If check in progess a 'one click' cleaner used before connecting any fibre connector?

  • Services demonstrated to customer at end of completed install? (If in progress)

  • All engineering waste removed from site?
