  • Are rosters created and kept by the service?

  • Does the roster indicate the number of anticipated children and ensure rations are maintained?

Staff Photos

  • Are photo of educations on display at the service that clearly displays the staff members face?

  • Are the photos accompanied by information about the staff members role at the service, along with their names (in a location that families and children are easily able to use them to identify educators) ?

Certified Supervisor Approval Certificates Displayed

  • Does the service ensure that the certified supervisor approval certificate of the Nominated Supervisor is displayed at all times - with a notice identifying them as the nominated supervisor?

  • Does the service ensure that the certified supervisor approval certificate of any educator acting in the role of Responsible Person is displayed at the service along with a notice identifying them as the responsible person along with the days/ times for which they will be acting in this capacity?

Educational Leader

  • Has the service placed on display the certificate provided by the approved provider (CEOWA) in a prominent location for families within the service?
