Staff Roster

Certified Supervisor Approval Certificates Displayed

  • Does the service ensure that the certified supervisor approval certificate of the Nominated Supervisor is displayed at all times - with a notice identifying them as the nominated supervisor?

  • Does the service ensure that the certified supervisor approval certificate of any educator acting in the role of Responsible Person is displayed at the service along with a notice identifying them as the responsible person along with the days/ times for which they will be acting in this capacity?

Educational Leader

  • Has the service placed on display the certificate provided by the approved provider (CEOWA) in a prominent location for families within the service?
