Reception Area - Daily

  • Such areas are of high importance and must be left in a first class condition at all times.

Walkways - Weekly

  • Glass to doors and partitioning to be spot cleaned

Offices & Meeting Rooms - Weekly

  • Empty and replace waste bins, collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be changed daily

  • Any bins, recycling bins or shredders to be emptied and taken to designated area.

  • Dust furniture, ledges, Skirtings, sills and radiators and light fittings (No spray polish to be used)

  • Damp-wipe doors, door furniture and light switches to remove hand marks

  • Vacuum all carpets ensuring they are cleaned right into the edges

  • Marks and stains due to spillage and soiling shall be treated for removal by an by an approved method. Stains that are awkward to remove shall be be reported to the customer

  • Soft furnishings to be vacuumed clean when requested

  • Chair legs to be wiped clean and dry buffed

  • Wipe clean all removable scuff marks from walls

Kitchen - Daily

  • Empty and replace waste bins from the kitchen and central bins on the office floor.

  • Collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be changed daily

  • Clean and damp-wipe all work surfaces and fronts of cupboards

  • Clean sink with approved cleaning agent

  • Empty, clean & replace drip tray to coffee machine

  • Damp wipe and dry buff coffee machine

  • Wipe clean breakfast bar & stools

Kitchen - Fridays

  • Wipe clean inside of dishwashers ensuring that drop door sides are wiped clean, filters removed cleaned and replaced and salt and rinse aid topped up

  • Check and clean the refrigerator if necessary

  • Check and clean the microwave if necessary
