Such areas are of high importance and must be left in a first class condition at all times.

Vacuum carpet area

Hard floor areas to be swept and damp mopped

Empty and replace waste bins, collect waste paper etc, and transfer to disposal points using refuse sacks.

Marks and stains due to spillage and soiling shall be treated for removal by an approved method when requested. stains that are awkward to remove shall be reported to the customer.

Reception Area - Weekly

Wipe clean, ledges, skirting and sills - up to normal hand height (5'6")

Wipe clean all removable scuff marks from walls

Any pictures, mirrors or clocks to be cleaned

All glass to be spot cleaned

Occasional tables to be cleaned as per the fabric requirements

Damp-wipe doors, door furniture and light switches to remove hand marks

Walkways - Weekly

Glass to doors and partitioning to be spot cleaned

Dust furniture, ledges, Skirtings, sills, radiators and light fittings.

Damp wipe doors, door furniture and light switches to remove hand marks

Carpets to be vacuumed cleaned

Wipe clean all removable scuff marks from walls

Any pictures, mirrors or clocks to be cleaned

Offices & Meeting Rooms - Weekly

Empty and replace waste bins, collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be changed daily

Any bins, recycling bins or shredders to be emptied and taken to designated area.

Dust furniture, ledges, Skirtings, sills and radiators and light fittings (No spray polish to be used)

Damp-wipe doors, door furniture and light switches to remove hand marks

Vacuum all carpets ensuring they are cleaned right into the edges

Marks and stains due to spillage and soiling shall be treated for removal by an by an approved method. Stains that are awkward to remove shall be be reported to the customer

Soft furnishings to be vacuumed clean when requested

Chair legs to be wiped clean and dry buffed

Wipe clean all removable scuff marks from walls

Kitchen - Daily

Empty and replace waste bins from the kitchen and central bins on the office floor.

Collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be changed daily

Clean and damp-wipe all work surfaces and fronts of cupboards

Clean sink with approved cleaning agent

Empty, clean & replace drip tray to coffee machine

Damp wipe and dry buff coffee machine

Wipe clean breakfast bar & stools

Kitchen - Fridays

Wipe clean inside of dishwashers ensuring that drop door sides are wiped clean, filters removed cleaned and replaced and salt and rinse aid topped up

Check and clean the refrigerator if necessary

Check and clean the microwave if necessary
