Closing Down Procedure

  • Ensure all fridges are fully stocked and stock is rotated (restock from the back)

  • Ensure the spirit shelves are stocked

  • Restocked any disposable ( Straws, napkins etc)

  • Dispose of perishables

  • Empty and clean the ice buckets, wash bar runners and put bar apparatus through the diswasher

  • Put bar runners and apparatus back in their correct places ready for the next shift

  • Remove all beet and coke nozzles and leave in soda water over night

  • Thoroughly clean and dry drip trays and the framework

  • Thoroughly clean front bar and back bar

  • Sweep the floor

  • Mop the floor

  • Get tables, chairs, umbrellas and windbreakers inside

  • Are all the toilets cleaned, bins emptied and toilet rolls stocked up?

  • Take bins up to Kingpins

  • Is the music off?

  • Is the tv off?

  • Are all the lights off?

  • Are the padlocks on the front door?
