Closing Down Procedure

Ensure all fridges are fully stocked and stock is rotated (restock from the back)

Ensure the spirit shelves are stocked

Restocked any disposable ( Straws, napkins etc)

Dispose of perishables

Empty and clean the ice buckets, wash bar runners and put bar apparatus through the diswasher

Put bar runners and apparatus back in their correct places ready for the next shift

Remove all beet and coke nozzles and leave in soda water over night

Thoroughly clean and dry drip trays and the framework
-
Thoroughly clean front bar and back bar
-
Sweep the floor

Mop the floor

Get tables, chairs, umbrellas and windbreakers inside

Are all the toilets cleaned, bins emptied and toilet rolls stocked up?

Take bins up to Kingpins

Is the music off?
