QA Flat Roofing

  • • Has the structural substrate been tested with a full system bond test, to ensure a sufficient bond to the substrate can be achieved, including recording test results.

  • • Has all finishing lines along abutments/detailing been masked of to provide clean finishing lines

  • • Are the finished coatings free from standing glass reinforcement wicks, pin holes or air bubbles

  • • Have all termination metals and profile drip trims been installed correctly and fixed in line with standard requirements

  • • Have we spot check various area to check for any installation defects

  • • Has all perimeter abutments, change in levels/directions been installed as per standard recommendations.

  • • Are there any signs of mechanical damage/unprotected access by other trades over the newly installed waterproofing.

  • • Has the liquid coating been applied to meet the require coverage rates.

  • • Has the waterproofing system been installed in line with the specification and manufacturers standard requirements
