Covid-19 Control Measures

  • Are all workers aware of the criteria of when they shouldn't attend work?<br><br>1. They are living with someone in self isolation or with someone at increased risk or extremely vulnerable<br>2. They are themselves in the increased risk or extremely vulnerable category<br>3. High temperature<br>4. Persistent cough<br>5. Loss of smell and/or taste

  • Are all workers aware of the procedure if they become ill while at work?

  • Are there Covid-19 specific RAMS in place and have all workers been briefed on and signed for these documents?

  • Are all workers working in line with their Covid-19 site specific RAMS and Derby Homes' Construction Operating Procedure?

  • Is two metre social distancing being maintained in the work area?

  • Is access to the work area being controlled to limit contact between people?

  • Where required, are start, finish and break times being managed on site correctly?

  • Are hand washing facilities (water, soap, towels, anti-bacterial wipes, sanitiser) sufficient for the work activity and supplies being managed for the number of people on site?

  • Where applicable, is the site cabin/welfare area being cleaned between use and at regular intervals? Detail where you have seen this being recorded.<br><br>Note: The cleanliness of the site must be of a high standard and maintained at all times.

  • Are welfare arrangements suitable for the work activity being carried out?

  • Are all control measures detailed in the site specific Covid-19 risk assessment being complied with and actively managed on site?
