Customer

  • Is the Shop Entrance Mat and Shop Floor clean with no dirt, litter or spills?(Shop entrance mat must be in a suitable condition. Shopfloor must be free from spillages, food debris and stains. - Consideration given for poor weather.) <br>

  • Were you able to freely move around the shop without any obstructions?(Customer must be able to browse each aisle with at least 1 metre gap between fixtures.) <br>

  • Were the product shelves, gondolas and refrigerators/freezers clean?(Fixtures must not be showing more than two days dirt/dust or per the cleaning rota.) <br>

  • Is the toilet acceptably clean, free from odors and fully stocked with all amenities?(Amenities include Hand soap, towels, bins air fresher. Hand dryers, good lighting must be available.) <br>

  • Does the forecourt have sufficient stock of disposable gloves available?(Each fuel island must have Disposable Gloves in stock within a dispenser) <br>

  • Does the forecourt have sufficient stock of hand towels available?(Each fuel island must have Hand Towels in stock within a dispenser) <br>

  • Are Shell branded car wash exterior or interior surfaces free from excessive dirt, marks and/or stains?(There must be no major build of algae or mud and free from litter) <br>

  • Are all pumps working with all grades available?

  • Is the Air Machine acceptably clean including any fascia) and operational with clear user instructions?(Must be free from major lime scale, handmade POS with clean user buttons.) <br>

  • Are the Pumps clean to touch?(Fuel pump bodies must not have more than one days worth of dirt. Handles must be clean to touch) <br>

  • Is Jet wash clean including any fascia) fully operational and free from algae or major lime scale; with clear instructions?(There must be no major build of algae or mud and free from litter) <br>

Brand

  • Are Landscaped areas free of excessive weeds, dead plants or trees?(TBC) <br>

  • Is the Pricing Zone on the Pole Sign free from damage and missing LEDs?(LED Pricing must be clear to read, without potential for confusion of numbers i.e. 8 appearing as 0) <br>

  • Are permanent Forecourt poster frames free from damage?(Free from damage that causes issues with placing POS or allows leaks) <br>

  • If installed, are the forecourt Customer Information Screens
