CT019 - General Site Audit (Monday Morning Checks)

Fire & Foam Manifold - Are all aspects of the Fire & Foam manifold in good condition? e.g showing NORMAL on Panel. Green flashing light. Mains water Pressure is at or above 5 Bar. Visually inspect all pipework and valves. Check all Foam IBC valves are open.

Boundary Walk - Check Fence Line, Gates are clear from any obstructions (check entry and exit gate motors etc), Locks, Signage, Rubbish and emergency exit gates.

Tank Farm Bund - Check Compound sumps for presence of any product. Check bund wall joints integrity. Check all gas detectors for any damage, ensure float stand is freely moving

All Bulk Tanks - Check ALL Valves for Product Leakage. Check ALL Valves are set in the Normal Operating Positions All thermal relief valves are Open.

Pig Station - Valves are in correct Position after Ship Discharge. Ensure Thermal relief valves are set for correct product resting in the line. Ensure there is no product in tundish and area is tidy.

Air Compressor - Check for any leaks or maintenance issues. Faults on the dryer or compressor.

Gantry Checks - Check for Air Leaks on Valves. Check Condition of Scully Plugs. And probe doctor lights are working. Check All Load Out Pumps Mechanical Seals for signs of Leakage x 6 Pumps. Check for any product in the VR site glasses. Drain if product is in them. Check the load arms for any leaks from the flexy hoses. Also check flexy hoses on the inlet and outlet of the product pumps. Check the spill kits have a seal on them, or if seal is broken refill kit and then seal it. Check there is no leaks from the Burn tube. Make sure the gantry foam IBC valves are set in the open position. Bunker sample bottle to be put into DG shed.

Wharf Checks - Check Protective Bollards and signage for wharf line to be done at Wharf and TNZ Gang Box Locked. Gaskets and pigs are in gang box. Valves are all in the correct positions. Spill Kit content Sealed. And full TNZ Hoses and Trolley’s Stowed away tidy. Hoses are in date. Check all web slings, braided lifting rope make sure all in date. Full walk of the pipeline to be done, inspect for any seepage and or contractors working within pipeline vicinity. Make sure the tundish is free of product.

MCC Room Checks - All Lights (ESD) are showing Green on the Control Panel. Turn on the sump pumps if there is water in bunds. Make sure MCC is clean. Check The fire Panel is flashing Normal in Green. Check the Gas detection panel for the Green tick, No gas detectors are inhibited.

Truck Park Checks - Walk around Truck park, check available certs on any tankers while onsite, note their details.

Fire Water Pumps - Container doors are shut. And clean of rubbish. All valves are set correctly. Diesel tanks are more than ¾ full. Water Tank is Full of water, No significant damage to Fire Water Tank. Check LCD displays on all Containers to display ready. Green lights showing at Fire Panel beside office.
