Have the Wharf Attendants filled in the Pre-arrival checklists?

Has the wharf log been filled out in detail?

Has the wharf/terminal product difference log been filled out? Have there been any differences worth notifying the S/O?

Do the attendants have all CoQ's and Ships tank release on hand?

Are the 1/2 hourly product and wharf checks being completed?

Have all Ship Shore Safety Agreement re-signs been completed? Is this logged in the wharf log?

Is the hose connection free of kinks/stress points, and is it moving freely over the bund wall hose protector with the tide?

Is there documentation or any type of record of the training being completed?

Does the trainer have the appropriate qualifications to be the trainer? If so what qualifications does he have?

Are the attendants monitoring the berth, pressure and completing the hourly line walks?

Is there a shipping plan readily available?

Are the attendants adhering to all standard and Covid-19 PPE requirements?

Is there spill and fire fighting equipment available?

Are the hoses and pipeline in test?

Does the attendant know what to do in an electrical storm?

Does the attendant know what to do if the wind exceeds 40knots and where do you find this information?

Run through a random procedure with the attendant, can he confidently run you through the steps of this procedure?
