Contractor Monitoring

  • It is recommended that schools request contractors to undertake a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) prior to carrying out work on their premises. The information required would enable the school to make a judgement as to whether the contractor is competent to carry out the required tasks.

Along with the aforementioned PQQ, the school should also request and agree to risk assessments and method statements for all works to be carried out.
