1. CHECK-IN COUNTER

  • 1) Risk assessment on passenger behavior by check-in or agent's staff. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

  • 2) Passenger's ID or passport checked by check-in or agent's staff. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

  • 3) Passenger's ticket checked by check-in or agent's staff. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

  • 4) Passenger's baggage observed physically when check in. (Refer to GASP 5.1)

  • 5) Check-in accessories when are not operate (label bag, label cabin bag, boarding pass, etc) stored in secure and lock storage. (Refer to GASP 5.1)

2. BOARDING GATE

  • 1) All passengers and cabin baggage are subjected to be screened before entering boarding gate. (Refer to GASP 4.1)

  • 2) Liquid, Aerosol and Gels measures implemented (if applicable). (Refer to GASP 4.6)

  • 3) Passenger's boarding pass matched up to their ID or passport while entry. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

  • 4) Check boarding pass validity. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

  • 5) Reconciliation check of passengers matched with system/appropriat manifest. (Refer to GASP 4.2)

3. BAGGAGE DEPARTURE

  • 1) Access to baggage make up and transfer area shall be restricted to authorize person. (Refer to GASP 5.1.7.1)

  • 2) Guarding baggage make up and transfer area as well as baggage loaded on cart and on the apron area. (Refer to GASP 5.1.7.1)

  • 3) Baggage departure staffs ensure that all baggage received have been X-Rayed. (Refer to GASP 5.1)

  • 4) Baggage delivery always under supervision and escorted to and from the aircraft. (Refer to GASP 5.1.7.1)

  • 5) Reconciliation of checked baggage matched with system / appropriate manifest. (Refer to GASP 7)

4. AIRCRAFT PROTECTION

  • 1) All personal around the Aircraft wear and display their ID and airport pass. (Refer to GASP 8.1.2.1)

  • 2) All ground staff and their equipment are clear/sterile through physically checked before entering to the aircraft. (Refer to GASP 8.1.2.1)

  • 3) All ground staff's name who entering the aircraft recorded. (Refer to GASP 8.1)

  • 4) Pre-Flight Security Check performed by authorized persons. (Refer to GASP 8.1)

  • 5) Security tools below available at the appropriate aircraft and in good condition (Describe the each condition remark in coulomb)

  • a. Restraint Device (Refer to GASP 4.4)

  • b. Security Item Box (Refer to GASP 5.2)

  • 6) The aircraft lighting procedures perform and controlled when A/C RON. (Refer to GASP 8.1.2.1)

5. CATERING

  • 1) The catering company always control/screen the people, goods & vehicles when entering to catering building area. (Refer to GASP 9.2)

  • 2) All uplift catering supplies into the aircraft checked by cabin crew and mathced with their manifest. (Refer to GASP 9.4)

  • 3) The catering containers sealed and mathced with the sealing number. (Refer to GASP 9.3)

  • 4) Catering delivery always under supervision and or escorted to the aircraft. (Refer to GASP 9.2)

6. CARGO

  • 1) Security Officer carried out security control againts the people, goods & vehicle when through cargo warehouse. (Refer to GASP 11.1.2)

  • 2) All cargo and mail through screening x-ray machine. (Refer to GASP 11.1)

  • 3) All screened cargo tagged by security check label. (Refer to GASP 11.1)

  • 4) Cargo acceptance staff always matched document againts the actual cargo. (Refer to GASP 11.2)

  • 5) All cargo and mail during in storage area safeguarded by security officer. (Refer to GASP 11.2)

  • 6) Cargo staff ensure that all consignment placed on board the aircraft are recorded on the aircraft manifest. (Refer to GASP 11.2)

  • 7) Cargo delivery always under supervision and or escorted to and from the aircraft. (Refer to GASP 11.1.2.1)
