  • Do FC Visits. Check GEL & Kiosk procedures, Table Service, Table Touch, Family Experience

  • Check UHC cabinet levels, product quality, PLX in place

  • Do travel path with a different manager - List Manager you completed travel path with

  • Do food safety walk thru with a different manager - List Manager that completed the walk thru with you

  • Check completion of food safety book & initial on top

  • Check for broken equipment

  • Verify the store is utilizing the Pre Shift, Travel Path & Daily Food Safety Checklist

  • Verify the store is using the positioning chart. Check minor schedules
