  • Crew Must Identify Slab Openings At Poured Deck Above

  • Slab Openings Must Be Covered And/Or Hand Railed NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Slab Opening Formwork Has Been Swept Clean

  • Install Proper Exclusion Zone At Stripping Area (Top Side If Necessary

  • Proper Signage Is In Place On Exclusion Zone Delineater

  • Provide Safe Access/Egress Through Or Around Stripping Area

  • Provide Adequate Task Lighting

  • Identify And Coordinate With Impacted Trades Within The Area

  • Identify Stripping Starting Point

  • Identify Openings Below (Flagging,Drilled Holes In Plywood Etc).
