If a hoist is installed, Is the hoist operator waiting until the driver is standing in a safe zone prior to moving the hoist?

Are there truck loading / unloading issues (e.g. narrow dock, lack of assistance/service, sloping dock)

Are safety features observed to being used on forklifts (e.g. flashing lights, reversing beepers)

Forklift / Pedestrian exclusion is observed as being followed (3 metre rule)?

Empty returns (containers / units / pallets) - does the storage area have safe access, returns are stored safely, tidy?

Other freight and packaging material (e.g. are there chep pallets available, are items able to be palletised and wrapped / tied down for safe loading)
