Carry out a visual check of drainage channels on all AHT auto defrost cabinets, should there be evidence of any damage to the drainage channel which exposes the heater wires, or if there is any evidence of scorching, the cabinet should be taken out of commission until rectified, and reported immediately to the regional director. Cabinets under warranty should be referred to AHT. Repairs to older units should be quoted to the appropriate region
