  • For each system, the following checks will be carried out and recorded on the system inspection certificate.

  • Check and record refrigerant levels.

  • Check and record refrigerant moisture indicator

  • Check and record oil levels

  • Check operation of compressor oil level controls

  • Check and record safety HP & LP switchs

  • Manually operate and ensure fault is recognised and the plant shuts down

  • Reset all switches and insure plant returns to normal operation

  • Check and record suction set-point and differential

  • Record compressor run amps

  • Check and record condenser fan control set point and differential

  • Record condenser fan run amps

  • Check operation of compressor crankcase heaters

  • Carry out visual check on electrical components; replace any components which show signs of burning or Harkin across switching contacts

  • Leak check the complete piping system using a suitable electronic leak detector, visually check for signs of oil residue.

  • Clean condenser coils and check operation of fans

  • Remove any debris (leaves, rubbish etc) from vicinity of the condenser compound

  • Ensure all electrical enclosures are weather tight, secure and locked, electrical isolator interlocks must be engaged where fitted.

  • Replace any damaged pipe insulation where necessary

  • Check fault condition generates alarm at multiscan

  • Check evaporator control and defrost parameters are correctly installed as per defauult CDK commissioning config, to confirm on maintenance report sheet.

  • Store: Signature egreeing the above requirements are completed.
