DISCLAIMER: Any delays in compliance with phase requirement timelines due to elements outside owner's control (material shortages, distribution delays, vendor availability, etc.) shall be reported immediately to the inspector designated in this report. Inspector may require additional substantiating proof of hardship. A timeline has been established at the discretion of the fire inspector or fire marshal. These corrective actions are required by law under the authority of the adopted fire code. Refusal to comply with the agreed upon Corrective Plan of Action will warrant additional enforcement, up to and possibly including enforcement of IFC section 110.4 Violations, a misdemeanor charge punishable by a fine of $2,650 in accordance with section 1.20.020 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park, and a fine by Larimer County of $1,000 or imprisonment as permitted by law. Each day that a violation continues after due notice is given shall be a separate offense.
