0104.2.1 Landscaping material within 5' of the home or accessory structures, sheds, decks, pergolas or similar, and in planting beds in common areas, parks and open space is ignition-resistant. Combustible mulch, shredded hardwood, bark chips, or similar is not allowed or present. Organic mulches may be applied around the dripline of trees and shrubs to conserve fuel moisture

0104.2.2 No highly combustible brush, trees, or shrubs are within 15' of the home or accessory structures, sheds, decks, pergolas or similar. With approval from the wildfire inspector/fire code official, trunks of deciduous trees may be allowed to be planted up to 10' from structures

0104.2.3 Trees are pruned to a height of up to 6' above the ground and do not have limbs overlapping other trees. With approval from the wildfire inspector/fire code official, tree clusters may be allowed if sufficient clear area is provided
