Is the area in front of the door free of rubbish?

Is the front door and front window glass free from marks?

Is the front area floor clean and tidy?

OFFICE AREA

Is the stereo and display area free of dust

Is the front office area clutter and mess free?

Is First aid set up neatly?

Are cleaning products neat and tidy?

Is paperwork easy to access and presented tidy?

LOCKER AREA

Are the lockers free of dust and marks?

Are the lockers free of members items after classes?

Is the list property box tidy and regularly checked?

BATHROOMS

Are the bathroom doors clean back and front?

Are the sinks tidy and mark free?

Is there soap, toilet paper, deoderant etc ready for use in bathroom?

Is the mirrow clean?

is the bathroom floor clean?

Are towels replaced daily?

EQUIPMENT STORAGE AREAS

Is equipment stored safely?

Is equipment stored in a neat fashion and everything has it's place?

GYM FLOOR

Is the gym floor clean and mark free?

Is the studio equipment set up in a neat and presentable fashion?

Are the walls clean and mark free?

Are the walls dusted?

Are the TVs dusted and mark free?

Is the equipment and floor storage areas dust free?

Is the water fountain mark free and clean?

EQUIPMENT

Are bikes and rowers in working order?

Are fitballs and bosu balls pumped up

Are skipping roles and bands in good condition?

Is equipment cleaned between and after each session?
