Staff meeting arriving flight are well briefed of any short connections, PRMs, gate delivery mobility aids, transfer/transit pax, UM etc.)

Jet Bridge is clean and has been preposition to meet arriving aircraft type.

The disembarkation route has been secured for arriving guest.

Staff operating Jet bridge/aircraft door are competent and authorized.
On Arrival

Guest are being escorted from the aircraft through safe and secure route to terminal building?

If disembarking through tarmac, guest were being monitored & assisted while on ramp?

If disembarking through tarmac, guest were prevented from using personal handheld devices
-
Upon arrival, all guest are informed of baggage carousel and MAAS to identify themselves to ground staff.

‘Baggage Claim’ announcements are made in arrival terminal and Flight number displayed at baggage delivery belt.

In case of transfers, transfer baggage reconciliation is carried out and any discrepancy reported and guest informed

Competent baggage staff is present in baggage collection area to handle any missing/damage baggage related queries for arrival flight.

If expecting delay in baggage delivery, all guest are informed of delay and expected baggage arrival time
Post Arrival

All records pertaining to arrival flight is filed.
