Truck

  • Has truck been put up and product properly rotated in the Freezer

Set up

  • Brew Tea at start of shift

  • Cut lemon wedges

  • Fill IceDream and Shake Base

  • Ensure the Lowboy under drinks is stocked up

  • Fill all Ice bins

  • Fill all sauces and dressings

  • Organize Chutes

  • Order Routing should be set to Slow Secondary (Unless requested by BOH Manager)

  • Turn on menu and lane lights at 6:30

Dining Room

  • Are tables cleaned and wiped off?

  • Are rugs laid out?

  • Are dining room trash cans empty and free from overflow?

  • Are floors clean and free of debris?

  • Bring blinds and chairs down

  • Are the restrooms clean and free of debris?

Manger's responsibilities

  • Count safe and drawers

  • Uniform and phone check

  • Check catering and print out receipts for BOH

  • Verify that all iPads, Card readers and headsets are charging

  • Write up your setup

  • Write in absences and tardies

  • Open Doors at 6:29

  • Set Up Headsets

  • Opening inform is started

Outside

  • Are canopy lights on?

  • Is outside seating unlocked and wiped down?

  • Ensure drive-thru and parking lot are clean & free of debris

  • Check outside trash cans

  • Turn on Drive thru lights and signage

  • Have A Frame Signs Been Placed

  • Have Cones been moved?

  • Is flag flown properly
