Is the staff member wearing an appropriate and clean uniform?

Is the staff member wearing appropriate PPE (kitchen staff) or bare below the elbows (ward based staff)?

Is the staff member observed wearing jewellery other than the permitted plain<br>wedding band and sleeper ear rings?

Is the staff member observed wearing any false nails / nail polish or false eyelashes?

Does the staff member have their hair managed correctly ie - tied back, trimmed etc.

Does the staff member have clean hands and nails?

Is the staff member aware of glove use policy and using gloves when required?

Is the staff member aware of the hand hygiene policy?

Is the staff member wearing a hair net properly

Is the staff member aware of when they should remove their PPE?

Is the staff member aware of the employee illness policy?
