GFM Duties

  • GFM's hours are scheduled to suit the needs of the business, approved by the CGM and reflects accurately on current critical path.

  • Fortnightly wage costs are within budget

  • All feedback (NPS/written/email) responded to with 48hrs

  • GFI assessments & upskilling completed

  • GFM attending HOD, 1 - 1 CGM Meetings & Conference Calls

Reporting

  • All department reports are up to date and stored in the Google Drive.

Compliance

  • All home club GFI's have an up to date personal file obtaining hard copies of their certificates and a copy is also loaded into their individual instructor file in Google under GFI Program Certification.

Reception

  • Current timetable is printed and available at reception

  • Group Fitness promotions, timetable content and changes are communicated effectively to the member services team

  • Member Services Team are checking members into classes via Clubware

Timetable | Notice Boards

  • Current timetable correctly displayed in-club & online

  • Only current promotions/class information displayed

Studios

  • First Impression - clean | equipment stored neatly | mirrors clean | stereo dust free | advertising per Brand Standards

  • GFI Emergency Response Flow Charts are up and located near the stereo systems - 24/7 Clubs only!

  • The portable Instructor barre has correct safety signs and lifting instructions on it.

General

  • All maintenance issues are recorded in Cherwell

  • Paper towels & disinfectant fully stocked

  • Microphone hung neatly & batteries in good condition

Cycle Studio

  • Bikes are placed well in studio, with clear entry/exit/emergency paths.

  • Bikes are clean

  • All bike faults are logged in the Maintenance Folder and Cherwell
