Does each track loaded have the Securement SOP form filled out completely and signed by the securement team as well as the Manager who performed the unit verification?

Does each track for the train have the original Managers unit verification?

Does each individual unit loaded have a checkmark and all changes clearly noted by the Manager?

Has each individual page been signed by the Manager?

Does each track for the train have the original Lotcheck Clerk's unit verification?

Does each individual unit loaded have a checkmark and all changes clearly noted by the Lotcheck Clerk?

Has each individual page been signed by the Lotcheck Clerk?

Does each track used for the train have a print out of the "Brief Track" which gives a list of the car numbers on the track?

Does each track used have a "clean" loaded printout (Track > Full > View > Outbound) after all changes have been made and verified?

Does each track have a finalized copy of the "Load Track" (Track > Load) which shows every unit on each tub or hitch with weights, blocking and destination information?

Is the finalized copy of the "Load Track" printed out in landscape format (File > Print > Preferences > Orientation > Landscape) so we can view all of the relevant information?

Is a fax verification sheet included for each track used?

Does each folder contain a copy of the Bad Order Car form?

Along with the "Bad Order Car Form, is there a printout of each individual car with westbound traffic on it that is listed as bad order?

Is the cover sheet fully filled out & are there N/A for blanks so auditors know nothing was skipped?

Is a printout of the completed Terminal Planner included?
