  • Products in the room are replenished and straightened<br>Products must be replaced if missing/used:<br>• Laundry bag<br>• Laundry order form<br>• Coffee set up and amenities (e.g., coffee, sweetener) - clean, replenished<br>• Glassware<br>• Stationery and envelopes, if applicable<br>• Notepads/cards and pens<br>• Collateral and brochures<br>

  • Small appliances provided by the hotel have their cords (i.e. hairdryer, iron, etc.) neatly coiled and appliances are tidily arranged in a convenient location<br>

  • Following daily service, all bed linens are completely clean and in exceptional condition<br>The bed is tightly and attractively remade with decorative elements replaced<br>

  • Soiled in-room dining serviceware, trays or trolleys are removed from the room and not left in the corridor<br>

  • If provided complimentary, food and beverage amenities are freshened and/or replaced as necessary

  • Carpet/floor is clean.

  • Balcony/patio furniture is clean and straightened.

  • Odor is neutral.

  • Trash cans are emptied.

  • Bath amenities/terry replaced/straightened<br>Bath terry and amenity service must minimally include:<br> • Bud vase flowers maintained, if provided<br> • Guest amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap, lotion): <br> o Refreshed with new set if less than 50% full <br>▪ Reveal on side of bottle should be used to determine how full amenities are, if applicable<br> o Neatly arranged<br> o It is acceptable if any used amenities are present in addition to the new, refreshed set <br>▪ It is acceptable if the new amenities are placed elsewhere in the bathroom (i.e. counter) rather than in the bath/shower<br> • Hair dryer cord properly coiled and neatly placed or neatly bundled with appropriate cord tie<br> • Glasses replenished, spot free and placed on coaster<br> • Towels replaced to original stock <br> • Bathroom area rugs fresh and neatly in place<br> • Robes available for guest<br> • Bathroom tissue tipped<br> • Toilet tissue tipped<br>

  • Vanity, sink, mirrors cabinets and drawers are clean.

  • Bathroom floor is clean.

  • Toilet, tub/shower, and shower curtain/ door are clean.

  • Burned out light bulbs or other malfunctioning equipment is replaced/repaired

  • All window treatments are opened, if appropriate, have a symmetrical appearance and are uniform day-to-day

  • TVs are turned off or set to a dedicated welcome channel, furniture throughout the room is neatly straightened and closet and cupboard doors are closed

  • Housekeeper take pride in and takes care of personal appearance.

  • Housekeeper provides a warm welcome ( 3 steps of Service).

  • Housekeeping carts are well-maintain.
