Complete this form for each day’s picking, checking harvesting team/s to ensure they comply with the requirements below:
If any one point Fails then please complete an Action - add photos if they help
Hands look clean?
No jewellery, watches/studs?
No excessive makeup, false nails, nail varnish?
Nobody smoking (including vaping)?
Blue plasters only used?
Any PPE used is clean eg. hi-vis vests?
