Confirm for updated drawings, RFI's, plans & specs

Confirm framing is signed-off and approved

Confirm adequate location of material stocking

Confirm adequate covering of sheathing with a breathable tarp or Tyvek

Confirm screw type & coating per system requirements

Confirm if joints and screws need to be treated

Confirm sheathing/cement board is installed with proper gap requirements and screwed per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm E.J. sheathing cut at double studs, if applicable.

Confirm sheathing vertical joints are staggered 2-stud bays minimum

Confirm sheathing joints are staggered over door/window openings (no joint going straight up from jamb)

Confirm door frames are plumb after sheathing is hung

Confirm sheathing is screwed thru backing or bracing within stud cavity, if applicable

Confirm cleanup of our cartons and scrap materials

Inspect and walk the site with G.C. Superintendent
