Extension Approval

Preparation to Grout

  • Have the pockets been sealed with a dry pack mix? (Dry Mix + 4 Bags of Sand & Cement + 1 Bag of Cement)

Tendons ready for grouting

  • Does a clear passage of air pass through all Tendons from one end to the other?

  • Note Tendon numbers that required unblocking/drilling.

  • Note Tendon numbers that required intermediate grouting points added.

  • SRG Leading Hand - I confirm that all post-tensioning tendons to the above noted slab have been cut and sealed.
