Breakdown all ice machines and clean parts, interior and exterior of machines. Reassemble and start clean cycle with correct amount of cleaner.

Clean all washable condenser filters and inspect coils and fans. Install washable filters if needed.

Clear all drains in refrigeration units and inspect fan covers for debris. Clean debris if present.

Clean drive thru and dining room drink station drains and pour hot water from coffee maker down both drains.

Replace shake machine belt and inspect all wiring in unit and clean condenser filter and inspect coils for debris.

Check fryers for proper operation. Inspect wiring and replace relays.

Check temperatures of fryers and grill (350 degrees).

Clean all supply and return HVAC grills in ceiling (kitchen and dining room).

Inspect fan covers in walk in units, clean if necessary.

Inspect drain lines and refrigerant tubing for leaks and drippage. Replace insulation as needed and seal ceiling penetrations if needed.

Check lighting throughout and make a list of any bulbs or fixtures that aren't lit.

Check all plumbing fixtures for leaks. Make a list of repairs needed.

Chemically clean all rooftop condenser coils and inspect evaporator coils (clean if necessary).

Clean all fresh air filters and make note of missing or damaged filters.

Replace all belts and filters. Put date on filters.

Clear debris from roof top and check all roof drains for proper drainage.

Check all refrigeration gaskets and make a list of torn or damaged gaskets.

Check temperatures of all refrigeration units. 36 degrees for refrigerators and 1-10 degrees on freezers.

Make not of dates on water filters and replace once per year.
