  • Would the customer like the flooring waxed ( we recommend floors be waxed at least 1 time per year) our process involves stripping or scrubbing off all old wax using a highly abrasive yet safe for the floor stripping chemical and a heavy machine that will scrub the tile floor surface using a highly abrasive yet safe for the floor scrubbing pad. There are different pads for different situations. Some pads are less abrasive and some are extremely abrasive. Once all old wax, dirt and surface stains are scrubbed down we then suck up all water and dirt with a wet vacuum. The floor is then rinse mopped to wash away any chemical residue. The final step is wax is applied in single even coats with dry time of up to 40 minutes inbetween coats. We apply up to 6 coats depending on the preferred level of shine and protection customer requests. Floor waxing costs .30 cents per square foot of tile area that needs waxing.

  • Does the customer prefer hot water extraction ( Hot water extraction is a process where a pre spray chemical is sprayed onto all carpet fibers to loosen the dirt and stains from the carpet. A hot water extraction shampoo filled machine either truck mounted or portable is then used to simultaneously spray down hot soapy water and wet vacuum dirt, debris, and stains from carpet fibers. This method can take up to 48 hours to dry depending on how much water is put into the carpeting. High speed fans are often used to speed up the drying process. This process is best for removing extremely heavy stains and pet mishaps )

  • Does the customer prefer low moisture carpet cleaning ( Low moisture carpet cleaning is a process where a people, pet, child and environmentally safe chemical is sprayed onto the carpet fibers that crystallizes the dirt. A lomac brush machine then works the chemical deep into the carpet so all dirt can be crystallized. The carpet dries in 1 hour and should be vacuumed to remove all crystallized chemical residue. The carpeting is then free to be walked on. This process uses a small amount of water and chemical therefore it is much better for the environment since it uses less resources. This process is best used for light traffic pattern, light stained areas where the customer wants a fast dry time so their space is available faster for foot traffic )
