Staff Compentency & Training

  • Have Online Inductions been completed by all staff?

  • Are all necessary OPRP and CCP pre and post service checks being completed - if the food is taken out of the coolroom whilst it is being cleaned, is it being monitored and does the lead tech know how to monitor it via the App?
