Are smoke alarms hardwired to mainspower and interconnected in accordance with NCC and complies with requirements of AS3786-2014

Have bounding fire rated dividing walls been constructed from ground floor footing/slab level up to the underside of a non-combustible roof covering

Have all penetrations or openings in fire rated dividing walls been adequately brick in, cement rendered, sparged or completely fire sealed i.e no gaps

Has fire rated gyprock-(pink boards) been installed in accordance with Manufacture Specifications/details i.e CSR Multi-Residential Frame Redbook

Have all construction joints to ceiling/wall junctions been appropriately fire rated or sealed

Has two (2) layers of 16mm fire check been installed to achieve the required Fire Resistance Level (FRL) complying with the requirements of NCC
