Is there a work instruction for the task being performed? (document name and date)

Is the work being performed as outlined in the instructions?

Is this process monitored? (are there testing requirements and how often are the checks performed?)

Is the quality alerts posted and visible for operators?

Is there any parts lying on floor?

Review all the paperwork at line and ensure it is being completed on time and in full?

Are all operators wearing designated PPE ?<br>

Is the area clean and organized?

Are all operators aware of our Quality Policy?

Is non-conforming product and scrap properly identified and quarantined?

Are containers clean and undamaged?
