Does the SWMS detail all electrical hazards and non-electrical hazards, both actual and potential with suitable control measures?

Has an accredited Safety Observer / Spotter (where legislation requires one) been assigned to observe and warn against unsafe approach to overhead powerlines?

Do the workers who are carrying out the work hold the relevant certificates of competency (e.g. crane operator, dogman, scaffolder, rigger, EWP operator)?

Have tiger tails been fitted to the low voltage / lighting cables, where the Asset Owner / Network Operator allows them to be fitted?
