  • Is the door glass clean? (smudges, fingerprints)

Women's Spa

  • CHECK FOR DUSTY VENTS and DOOR FRAMES AND CLOSERS THROUGHOUT LADIES' SPA, have them cleaned before 8am

  • Tiles and water clean & hot in whirlpools (check upper tiles and handrail with hand)

  • Please check both skimmers for debris, grease. (Please take a photo.)

  • Steam room smells like eucalyptus and walls and drain are clean

  • Is the sauna is on, hot & clean? Please rate the quality of the wood finish of benches (Please add a photo if they look faded)

  • Does the Misting Room look clean and smell fresh?

  • Beverages have ¼ ice max and dispenser lid is placed horizontal

  • Are the Showers clean?, (no hair in drains and metal fixtures don’t have water marks)( Please take a picture either way)

  • Are Towels stocked & stacked neatly (4 max) by showers: (Please take a photo regardless of the answer)

  • Is the Bath area clean and operational, no product in cabinet besides spray bottle of water and lotion

  • Are the Toilets are clean (Lids are tight) and back ledges & art free from dust?

  • Are the toilet paper rolls placed properly?

  • Sink and vanity area clean/stocked, products 50% or more full, lined up, pumps cleaned and working

  • Are all blow-dryers, curling irons,flat irons working and plugged in?

  • All the lights are working (if not please have them replaced prior to opening)

  • Is the Tiamo on and smell fresh? please check for oil halo/spills (2 total)

  • Was anything not up to BW standard in the spas, if so, who did you follow up with and have correct the issue:

  • Do the beverage dispensers have ¼ ice max and is the dispenser lid is placed horizontal?

  • Is the tea urn is free from water spots (if not please have the male attendant correct prior to opening)

  • Is the honey and tea area are clean and stocked? (not sticky)—(check ceiling for honey)

  • Please pour yourself some tea and perform a taste test. (Is it fire/good?)

Fountain/Sink

  • Are the products 50% or more full?

  • Are the product labels up to BW standards?

  • The paper towels are not overfilled

  • Are they the correct paper towels?

  • Is the countertop, faucet, faucet handle, products, and planter free of water spots/mold?

  • Are the Jade stones up to BW standard? (water flowing down each column)

  • Is the trash can directly in front of the sink not blocking the walkway on the left?

Co-ed Solarium

  • Is the door glass clean? (smudges, fingerprints)

  • Are the tables, back ledge clean and dust free?

  • Are the pillows clean with zippers facing down and placed according to TAM standards? Add photo.

Outside elevator

  • Are the stairs tidy?

  • The planters are free of trash? (3 on the stairs, 2 on either of the bench, 1 outside of the Front Door)

  • Elevator floor, ledge, and windows (inside) clean

  • Wet/caution sign removed once floor is dry

  • Are all the outdoor rugs clean and placed correctly? (BW logo rug should be centered on entrance doors, have floor cleaner fix if needed)

  • Are the handrails free of dust and cobwebs?
