  • Check that they know to ask for help if needed when home has challenging areas such as stairs.<br>

  • Check driver is carrying a cell phone to report any breakdowns and up and coming servicing. <br>

  • Check drivers are completing vehicle check prior to leaving store to ensure truck is road fit including checks of tyres, drop down step, any truck damage, wipers, lights and warrant/ rego are current.<br>
