  • Did the TM ask for sauces AND condiments?

  • Did TM clarify how many sauces the guest wanted?

  • If the guest didn’t want sauce did they hit no condiment?

  • Did the TM ask the guest to scan their app?

  • Did the TM read back the order at the end?

Hospitality & Attentiveness

  • Did the TM give the guest a warm greeting?

  • What did they do instead?

  • Did the team member show good core 4?

  • What were they missing/not getting right?

  • Did they have good eye contact?

  • Did the interaction feel warm and inviting?

  • Did the TM use the guests name throughout the order?
