Butler - Room orientation

  • The butler has to consider the guest length of journey and react accordingly (Keep orientation brief but with all the information below).

  • If the guest refuses the orientation then butler should offer to return later.

  • Butler must be modify, shorten or offer explanation if the guest requires it.

  • All butler suite guests must receive room orientation within 10 minutes of arrival.

  • Should pass the information in a professional manner.

  • Use positive, graceful body language at all times (smile, eye contact, no leaning , no sitting , hands in pocket or folding of arms).

  • Should be ready to answer any question the guest may have.

  • Explanation of room facility should include:
