Butler - Room orientation

The butler has to consider the guest length of journey and react accordingly (Keep orientation brief but with all the information below).

If the guest refuses the orientation then butler should offer to return later.

Butler must be modify, shorten or offer explanation if the guest requires it.

All butler suite guests must receive room orientation within 10 minutes of arrival.
