Doorset frame fitted to manufacturers guidance / details with correct fixings and spacings and recommended packers located correctly, CORRECT GAPS BETWEEN LEAF AND FRAME WHEN INSTALLED AND CHECKED

Doorset installed plumb and level with correct margins in relation to prepared opening

Doorset checked to ensure correct leaf material (ie pre-finish or paint grade), vision panel, transfer grille, floor finish clearance, undercut for ventilation clearance, door leaf to frame gap / margin, correct door swing direction

Fire proofing works undertaken to correct specification and in line with manufacturers details, ie correct specification of packers and foam compatible with prepared opening construction (photo taken prior to installation of architrave with door ID number highlighted and appended to this checklist)

Workmanship / Installation complete and generally acceptable with any damage identified and recorded to allow commencement of temp protection

Images of door set in place inc pre mastic if required, with Ironmongery fitted and from both sides
