Door Locks

  • Change the batteries on your door lock if they haven't been changed in the last 2 weeks. Place a piece of painters tape into the back of the battery cover with today's date for future reference. (Please only use name brand batteries)

WiFi

  • Check the Wifi Modem, connect to the internet, and run a speed test.

    Oven/Stove: Turn on and make sure it heats up, Dont forget to turn off!
    Fridge: Check the temperature, Confirm the shelves and drawers are all accounted for and work. If applicable, test the water and ice dispensers & Check the date on the water filter.
    Kitchen Sink: Turn on and make sure there are no leaks underneath. If applicable, run the garbage disposal.
    Dishwasher: Run a rinse cycle.
    Kitchen Cabinets: Verify the doors and handles are in good shape
    Kitchen Lights: Turn on & Off

  • Make sure your thermostat is set to an appropriate temperature

  • Do we need to schedule a Housekeeping Deep Clean?

  • Does a work order need to be placed with your portfolio team that hasnt already been actioned on?
