Here are the most important areas to check when inspecting a unit.

Hair in the bathroom, hair in the linens, mold or mildew in the bathtub, debris on the floor in the kitchen, items left behind from the previous guest.

Please make sure we are checking the bathroom, bedroom, floors in the kitchen and throughout the unit in great detail.

Take time to sit on the toilet and the couch to put yourself in the guests perspective and see what they would see.
