  • Prepared by Manager on shift:

  • Heathrow Lounges

Please note that several elements of the checklist will need to be viewed as you move around the landside premium zones and the Galleries Arrivals Lounge, for example, cleanliness which cannot be judged until you have seen the entire zone or lounge area. If a section has a blue Add Element button (appears as a blue + on iPhones) please press this to drop down the options. Should you select no, you can add a picture of the problem and in the note field you MUST add the fault number that will also be added by you to the excel sheet. For ongoing or known faults please just add a comment stating that this is a known issue. Where appropriate or possible you should then try to progress this towards resolution.
