Roofing Expert

Roofing Expert

  • Clancy will arrange for the Roofing Expert to carry out their inspection post completion of works and the report will be issued to the Contractor.

  • The Contractor will advise in writing to the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, when the works are ready for inspection. This written notification will occur no less than 48 hrs prior to the scheduled removal of the scaffold.

  • The Contractor will be notified when the inspection is being held, should they wish to attend.

  • Has the Contractor been notified of the inspection?

  • Clancy Roofing Expert will provide a report once the works are completed.

  • Any amendments or alterations will be undertaken by the Contractor if the works are found to be non compliant.
