QUALITY AUDIT CHECKLIST

  • Does the Contractor confirm that construction is in accordance with the approved Architectural, Civil, Structural, electrical & Landscaping plans and any other relevant designs/plans?

  • Does the Contractor confirm that construction is in accordance with the approved specifications, Colour selections and Schedules?

  • Does the construction appear to be in accordance with the Schedule 18 - Single Storey Design Guide?

  • Does the construction appear to be in accordance with the LHA Design Guide - Silver Level?

  • Are there any apparent quality issues that need addressing?

WHS & ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT CHECKLIST

  • Does the contractor comply to the site WHS plan?

  • Is there a site security fence in place & is it secure?

  • Is there a site sign in place with all necessary information?

  • Is there a site office / lunchroom facility on site? (if required)

  • Is there a site toilet with hand washing facilities on site and are they clean?

  • Is there access to fresh drinking water on site?

  • Has the contractor advised that all site personnel have been inducted?

  • Is there a first aid kit on site and is it readily available? (where required)

  • Does it appear that appropriate PPE equipment is being used / worn by site personnel?

  • Are roof safety rails in place? (when & where required)

  • Is appropriate and compliant scaffolding being used (when & where required)

  • Are excavation pits thate are not being worked in fenced off or covered up? (where required)

  • Have electrical leads and tools that are being used been tagged and tested?

  • Have electrical leads across corridors / roads etc. been appropriately elevated of the ground or covered?

  • Is the site acceptably tidy?

  • Is there a site waste bin / enclosure on site?

  • Are there any other WHS issues that need addressing?

  • Are there any environmental issues that need addressing?
