Warehouse

  • All walkways clear to ensure ease of access to all products and health and safety compliance

  • Returns managed effectively - all products wrapped, organised and stored safely and sent weekly (Check returns screen for aged products)

  • No blue totes in permanent use

  • Floors are swept and rubbish/recycling is managed effectively

  • Empty box section reduced to minimum and additional space used to organise stock - are products stored by merch area, are they countable etc

  • Stock cleared from blocking comms and electricity control centre

  • From delivery to pre-set up process put in place

  • POS area tidied, and maintained

Knowhow

  • Pre set up factory in place to enable 30% of stock holding to be achieved and maintained

  • Clinical standards behind Knowhow - what does the customer see? Are we looking after customers products? Do we only have what is required behind the bar?

  • Knowhow leaflets at the till points?

  • Knowhow shelf in warehouse audited (this should not be out of sight, out of mind)

  • Returns managed efficiently and stored tidily prior to transfer to warehouse - mid afternoon returns check to be completed and transferred to WH to ensure customer service point is clear
