Rough-In Inspection

Are all boots centered on or as close to the window as possible?

Are all boots sealed?

Is lineset insulation intact /not torn?

Are all duct chases 100% sealed?

Are all t/stats fire-foamed?

Is the flue pipe straight and painted black?

Is the flue pipe less than 12” above the peak of the home?

Are all boots, dryer boxes and returns braces properly and installed level?

Do all bath exhausts exit the home?

Does the flue pipe have a 1” clearance?

Are all ducts hung and strapped up?

Is the flue pipe hung with metal strap and secured to the furnace properly?

Are the gas lines nail plated and foamed properly?

Are all gas lines stubbed out at the right location?

Is the gas line maintaining 30psi on the gauge?

Are all flex connections taped and sealed properly?

Are all ducts ran without any crimps/kinks?

Are all primary drains ran completely out of the home?

Are all primary drains strapped/secured appropriately?

Do the furnaces/air handlers have cones/ foam pads under them?

Is the ductwork ran for each zone/AHU properly?

Are the linesets in the correct location?

Are the thermostats in the correct location?

Are all sidewall/soffit caps installed?

Are the flue pipe caps installed?

Is the job site clean?

Is all extra material removed from home?
