All latest construction specification received ,read & understood and screed received in accordance to the QA Delivery Sheet.

Working area secured by providing no entry/work in progress signs.

Type of screed Application checked.

Substrate floor fully cleaned of loose material and swept.<br>

Is screed thickness as per drawings?

Screed level checked against given datum and within tolerances.

Is 1m FFL/screed level installed by MC?

Damp Proof Membrane/Gas Membrane installed over substrate floor (if specified as required) and gas pipes mush and checked against specifications (Vented).

Insulation Perimeter Strips/Upstands are installed, all joints to are taped and sealed to prevent screed getting into gaps b/w boards.

Polythene Membrane installed over insulation surface (if specified as required).

10mm yelofon installed as per manufacturers recommendations?

Insulation/Resilient layer laid on area to be screeded, all joints to are taped and sealed to prevent screed getting into gaps b/w boards.

Is perimeter up stands installed correctly?

Is SVP pipes and duct work warped with yelofon?

Area watertight from above.

Screed surface sanded to remove surface laitance (if applicable) 48hrs-7days Max.

Plot left clear and clean, surplus removed.
