Pre-Rush Duties

Arrival

  • Are you properly dressed, clean, and ready for work?

  • Do you have a minimum of 5 working pens?

  • Do you have a minimum of $25 colored down in your bank?

  • Did you clock in right at your scheduled time?

Setting up the patio

  • I have wiped down the patio furniture and organized it to match the server map.

  • I have swept the entire patio and front sidewalk up to the street.

  • I have wiped down all patio tables, chairs and railings.

  • Is the weather nice enough that the patio will sit today?

  • I have put out the umbrellas and stands and have opened them up.

  • I have NOT put out the umbrellas or stands but have kept them stored in the Pepsi closet.

Opening the Server Station, Host Stand, & Bar

  • I have all tables set with menus, pencils, silver, and drink menus.

  • I have spot swept all the dining room including around the chairs at the bar.

  • I have cleaned all high chairs, boosters and slings.

  • I have changed out all sani waters.

  • I have gotten the coffee ready.

  • I have started fresh iced tea brewing.

  • I have washed and refilled 3 pitchers of water and 2 ice tea and placed it on the bar ledge.

  • I have filled the ice well to the rim and beyond!

  • I have swept the lobby room and its mats.

  • I have cleaned all windows and doors of hand prints and smudges.

  • I have made enough lemonade according to the stickers.

Post-Rush Duties

At Cut

  • I have cleaned and set up all unsat tables, chairs and booths. I swept my section.

  • I have spot swept the entire restaurant.

  • I have stocked the bar cooler full of glasses.

  • I have cleaned, swept and stocked both bathrooms.

  • I have rolled a pan of silverware.
