General Operations

  • Are they hustling to serve the guests quickly?

  • Are they helping grab drinks and beverages so the window/organizer doesn’t have to do it all?

  • Are they showing good communication with the window/organizer?

Accuracy

  • Did the team member read back the order?

  • If they didn’t read back the whole order did they read back something unique about the order?

  • Did they double check the bag before handing it to the guest? (Not throughly just a quick check to ensure that everything appears correct?)

Hospitality

  • Did the TM greet the guest as they approached the window?

  • Did the TM stay facing the guest while at the window?

  • Did the TM make the interaction warm and inviting?

  • Did the TM give the guest a fond farewell as they left?
